TRUTH

1. Long time ago, a king had a dream. In the dream, he lost all his teeth. He then asked a dream-reader to disclose what would happen in the future. The dream-reader answered, “One tooth you drop means one relative you lose.”
“Bull shit, kick him out!” the king thundered with anger.

2. The king ordered another dream-reader to come. This one was smarter than the first. He delightedly and politely replied, “Your Majesty, you are very lucky! You have a longer life than any one in your family.” The king laughed and gave him a lot of money.

3. A young soldier was puzzled and asked the dream-reader, “The answers given by both of you are somewhat the same. Why did the king scold the first but give you a present?”

4. He told the young soldier a story. There was a beautiful girl in town. She was nude and muddy. She went to see a king. Without any hesitation, the king threw her out. She washed the mud away and dressed up beautifully. When the king saw her again, he was delighted with joy. He told her to stay and made her queen. The name of the girl was “TRUTH”.

5. We ought to tell the truth at all time. However, sometimes, we still need to dress up the truth or facts as beautifully as we can.
